The first module is free and it always will be. So before any money and before any contract, here is what we suggest.
Let your members try it. Then ask them what they thought. If they liked it, we talk. If they did not, you have lost nothing and you know something useful.
We do the work of setting it up. It takes about a week, and most of that is waiting.
Module 1 is free, takes about twenty minutes, and works on a phone. There is nothing to install and your members do not need to set up an account.
However you normally reach them. A newsletter, an email, a post on your member site. Whatever works for you.
Four short questions. Was it useful, would you want the rest, what would you change, and would you recommend it. You send it out with the link or just after it.
You get a plain summary of what your own members said, including anything they did not like. It is yours to keep and to show your board, whatever you decide about us.
If your members want the rest of the programme, we discuss what a licence for your whole membership looks like. If they do not, that is a fair answer and we leave you be.
There is no charge for any of this and no obligation at the end of it.
Five modules. About two hours of CPD in total.
Each part takes fifteen to twenty minutes and is finished in one sitting. Every part ends with a certificate stating what the member can now do, rather than just recording that they turned up.
Say where responsibility sits when AI helps with their work, and check AI output before it carries their name.
Judge how much checking a piece of work actually needs, and leave a record showing they did it.
Know what must never be typed into a public AI tool, and talk to a client about AI use without it being awkward.

Modules 2 to 5 are not published on our website. They go to licensed organisations only.
Six things, in plain terms.
Your logo, your colours, your certificate. To your members it is your programme. We do not need to appear anywhere.
We deliver it in a standard file format that nearly every online learning system can open. If you already have a system your members log in to, it goes in there beside everything else. If you do not have one, we can host it and give you a link.
Because it sits in your system, you get the same completion records you already get for everything else. Nothing separate to chase and nowhere new to log in.
Rules change and figures go out of date. Every three months we check every fact in the programme, correct anything that has moved, and send you the updated version. Each module shows when it was last checked and when it is next due. Nobody at your end has to remember.
One licence covers everyone you have. It does not matter whether that is three hundred people or thirty thousand, and it does not change when you gain or lose members during the year.
Module 4 is built to be rewritten for a specific profession, using your own scenarios, your own regulator and your own figures. That is a separate piece of work and it is quoted separately.
One price for your whole membership.
Not per person. There is nobody to count, nobody to add during the year, and no licences to renew one at a time. One annual figure covering everyone you have.
An annual licence for a whole membership costs less than most organisations spend producing a single webinar.
We do not publish a price, because the right one depends on how many members you have and whether you want a version written for your profession. Ask us and we will tell you straight away.
Why we built it.
Two things happened at once. AI arrived in professional work faster than anyone expected, and the rules about using it started to matter.
Most of the training that appeared in response is about the technology. This is not. It is about the duties your members already carry, and what changes when a machine does the first draft. Those duties do not expire when a rule changes, which is why this programme does not go out of date the way a course about the law would.
It is also built the way we build for clients. Every part is a decision under realistic pressure with a real consequence, rather than a video followed by a quiz. If a question could be answered by remembering a slide, we cut it.
