LearnFrame Central is the learning platform LearnFrame built for professional bodies to run member CPD. At its centre is the evidence record: one account of each member’s CPD that a body can stand behind when it is asked.

The evidence record

For every member and every assignment, one record that answers the questions a regulator, an insurer or the member themselves will ask.

Who, which version and when

Every enrolment records the member, the exact version of the CPD programme they took, and when they started and finished. When a programme is updated, the record still shows which version each member completed.

Result and certificate

The member's result and certificate sit on the record against that version, so a certificate can always be traced to what was actually taught.

What they decided

In scenario-based CPD, each member's marked decisions are kept on the record. It shows judgement under realistic pressure, not just attendance.

Extensions and exemptions

Every extension and exemption is recorded with who asked, who decided and the outcome, in plain words.

Member requests and credit from elsewhere

Members can ask for their own extension or exemption, or claim credit for CPD done elsewhere. The body decides, and a refusal always carries a reason.

An audit trail nobody can rewrite

The database itself writes every action to the audit trail, naming who acted and in what role. No administrator, including LearnFrame, can rewrite or remove an entry.

Closed means closed

When an assignment closes, its record is frozen. Nobody is deleted from it; a withdrawal is recorded with its reason.

Erasure that keeps the record honest

If a member exercises the right to erasure, their personal details are removed and the record of what happened is anonymised rather than deleted.
